Quitting is easier when you do it with friends. Join others in the quest to quit for a ten week program that will help you beat the addiction to nicotine and redesign a cigarette-free lifestyle.

Catching Our Breath
When: Tuesday Evenings 7:00 - 9:00pm, Jan 18 - March 22
Where: North Community Health Centre, 202 - 1651 Commercial Drive (Commercial & 1st Ave). Elevator and stairs on Commercial, opening next to entrance to Il Mercado.

A 10-week program for change for lesbian, bi and trans women who smoke. FREE but Registration is required. Call 604.684.5307 to register. Registrants will be contacted by phone prior to the group beginning.
